Mr. Charles Kpodzo is a distinguished individual known for his commitment to education, instructional technology and community service. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religion, as well as a Master of Education with specialization in Instructional Technology and Information Systems from Strayer University in Washington, DC., he has amassed over 15 years of experience as Instructional Technology Consultant.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kpodzo has shown a deep dedication to education and Instructional methodologies, His undergraduate studies laid the foundation for his first significant accomplishment- a handbook on Religious and Moral Education. He has also been an esteem educator for more than 28 years.

In 2007, Mr. Kpodzo assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Starlinx Group of Companies, under his leadership, the company has successfully addressed safety concerns through collaborative efforts, notably partnering with Tajintech Inc in 2010. His passion for problem-solving, especially in the realm of driver safety and wellness programs.

Mr. Kpodzo has played a pivotal role in organized commercial and non-commercial Driving Consultancy Fora and Seminars, showcasing his expertise in Instructional Management. His contributions have been widely recognized and acknowledged, particularly in collaborative initiatives within the Driver Education, Transportation and Counselling Services sectors in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC., as well as with various State Agencies.

Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Starlinx Group LLC in the United States of America (USA), Mr. Kpodzo oversees the performance measurement, strategic planning process development, marketing systems and data analysis. His strategic vision and planning process aim to optimize resources for emerging instructional technologies and enhance safety standards.

 In addition to his professional accomplishment, Mr. Kpodzo remains dedicated to his faith and community. A devoted Christian and also the director of Christian Sunday Podcast who teaches the Bible to edify the body of Christ and to advance God’s kingdom. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Mr. Kpodzo consistently demonstrates his ability to assess individuals and community needs through teaching and learning.  He is a Teacher of the Word of God first, and a teacher by profession. He believed that, any gift of God must first be used to His Glory. He wants to fulfil his calling and purpose of God in his life in the service of God and humanity.
